Uncovering your gifts – and using them in service to others and God – is a lifelong journey. And, believing you have a divine purpose and finding the confidence to use those gifts can be hard. It takes courage, it takes faith, and it takes companionship.
Walking that path of discovery doesn’t need to be done alone. With a spiritual director, you can navigate the road with someone who focuses on you, your relationship with God and connecting the pieces of your life which reveal your calling.
About Karen
Blessed to be raised by blue collar workers, Karen grew up in the suburbs of Minneapolis/St. Paul. Karen has a bachelor’s degree in International Relations and German and a MBA. She has worked in multiple sectors of the economy – from government, non-profit, for-profit and both public and private companies. She has lived overseas in Germany multiple times where she moved from having religion to developing faith. While always being involved in her faith community, it wasn’t until the pandemic of 2020 that forced her to stop and listen to the small voice and follow her calling to become a certified spiritual director.
Karen holds a deep belief we are each blessed with gifts to share for the betterment of those around us – friends, families and the communities in which we are placed. And yet, the “world” gets in the way and those gifts sit idle until they are awakened through discernment and dialogue.
Through deep listening and helping you unlock your own inner wisdom, Karen helps people remember their gifts and release their potential in service to others and to God.
